Founded on January 2025, in Maryland, Exodus Solution Co was born from the vision and expertise of Michael D. Ham Sr. and Mona Jackson-Ham, two industry veterans with a passion for the business supply chain industry and innovation. Combining Michael’s extensive 15 years of CDL Class A driving experience and MJ’s two-year tenure in CDL operations and 15+ years in the Business Supply Chain Industry, Exodus Solutions brings together a unique blend of hands-on expertise and corporate acumen.
OUR STORY
Michael and MJ began their professional journeys at Swift Transportation, where their shared love for logistics was cultivated. Michael’s career evolved through roles at prestigious companies like TRL, Inc., Prime, Inc., and Old Dominion Freight Lines, where he excelled as a P&D Driver and Linehaul professional. His dedication to the freight industry is rooted in his passion for the open road and a deep understanding of logistics operations.
MJ, on the other hand, transitioned to the corporate side of logistics, developing expertise in, EDI systems, finance, e-commerce, web development, and network marketing. Her diverse skill set and leadership in the Business Supply Chain industry have been instrumental in shaping J&M Logistics into a forward-thinking organization.
